2017 headliners include dance favorites the Cajun violinist Tom Rigney and Flambeau from San Francisco, the High Street Party Band from Idaho and Cornet Chop Suey from St. Louis.  Joining them will be nationally known veterans like the Midiri Brothers from New Jersey, Uptown Lowdown from Seattle and the High Sierra Jazz Band from Three Rivers, CA.  Many young performers will be featured as well including the JC Jazz Krewe, The Crescent Katz, Haruka Kikuchi, trombone sensation from New Orleans, and the Cal Poly Jazz Orchestra. All twenty-five bands in will be featured throughout the weekend.  New this year: a FREE opportunity for students and adults to learn improvisation and solo performing taught by award winning Band Leader, Les Rose. Following the 2 hour class, Dick Williams will conduct a jam set so the students will be able to polish their new skills.
