Learn to Surf Clinic August 13th-20th For disabled veterans and local disabled, along with wounded veterans from Brooke Army Medical Center in Texas Thursday August 13th Participants arrive and Check-in at Shore Cliff Resort– Pismo Beach 7:00 PM Meet and Greet Party at Alex’s BBQ in Shell Beach– Participants, Volunteers, and Sponsors are invited
Friday August 14th Surf Instruction –Come out and cheer them on!!! Flag Ceremony presented by Central Coast Leatherneck Honor Guard 8:30am Dry land instruction 9:30 -10:00am In water surf instruction 10:00 -12:00pm Free surf/ Lunch 12:00 -1:00pm 5pm Beach BBQ at Fin’s in Grover Beach
Saturday August 15th Surf Instruction - Come out and cheer them on!!! Meet & greet on the beach 9:00-9:30am Dry land instruction 9:30 -10:30am In water surf instruction 10:30 -12:00pm Free surf/ Lunch 12:00 -1:00pm 4:00pm –Poker Tournemant at Oceana Casino- Come play cards with the participants
Sunday August 16th 8 -10am Open Surf–on 1-5pm Golf then Dinner for the participants at Black Lake Golf Resort Monday August 17th 8-10pm Open Surf 1-5pm Outrigger Canoeing with Pale Kia in Avila Beach Dinner at Scotty’s in Pismo
Tuesday August 18th 8-10am Open Surf 1-5pm Kayaking with Central Coast Kayaks Dinner at Café Vistro in Oceano
Wednesday August 19th 9am-4pm Fishing 6:00 -9:00pm Operation Restoration IV Luau at Mongo’s Restaurant in Grover Beach Tickets are for sale ($20) to the public please contact Ampsurf at ampsurfaas@yahoo.com to order yours.
