Walk-in Contestants are welcome and may audition as time permits ONLY. All contestants under the age of 18 MUST have a completed audition form with parent signature at the time of audition. If your act requires more than a piano, CD playback or acoustic instrument, please call Wendy at 489-4196 x207 or email her at wendy@clarkcenter.org to make alternate arrangements.
Registration Fee:  Solo Acts - $35    Group Acts - $50  (Registration fee is due at time of audition)
Semi-Finals:  Sunday April 18th at 2 pm     Finals:   Sunday, April 18th at 8 pm
Prizes:  Judges will award all prizes, including audience-choice awards, best costume awards, and more. Judges decisions are final.

Erik Austin - Co-Founder, Kelrik Productions
Erik Austin is a graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (NY). Upon moving back to SLO from LA, Erik co-founded Kelrik Productions and has produced over 25 shows under the umbrella of Kelrik at Unity and Cal Poly’s Spanos Theater.   When not producing shows, Erik is busy teaching theater workshops with Kelrik Kids and many local schools. In addition, locally, Erik has been seen in Aladdin, Fiddler on the Roof, Sweeney Todd, Joseph... and Evita with Chameleon Productions; Beauty and the Beast with Pioneer Players; Grease!, Little Shop of Horrors, You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, Cinderella, Peter Pan and HSM with Kelrik.
Pepper Daniels - Director of Programming, American General Media
Pepper Daniels lives in San Luis Obispo and is married to wife Carol, who works at Cal Poly. Pepper is an avid sports fan, live music and concert junkie and enjoys movies, video games and cooking. Pepper has lived on the Central Coast for 7 years. His hobbies also include exercise, cars and live theatre. Pepper is a lifelong pet owner and animal lover who has two cats and two dogs at home. Pepper's charity passions include the American Cancer Society, The Food Bank and foster care programs for children.
Kevin Harris - Executive Director, San Luis Obispo Little Theatre Kevin Harris received his MFA in Directing from the University of Iowa (2007), and his BFA in Acting from New York University (1996). While at NYU, he spent three years at the Atlantic Theatre Company studying acting under David Mamet, William H. Macy, and Felicity Huffman; he also spent a year at Musical Theatre Works, learning the finer intricacies of “jazz hands.” For the last several years, Kevin has been a freelance director in L.O.R.T./Equity theatres across the nation. From 1999-2002 he was the Artistic Director of Centerpoint Theatre Group in San Luis Obispo, CA. In 2005, he traveled to the West Bank and Gaza Strip to co-write and direct an original play with Ashtar Theatre, Palestine’s only professional theatre company. He is very happy to be back on the Central Coast with his two beautiful children, Dominick and Ella.
Robyn Metchik- Producer/Director, NHS
Robyn Metchik has been infecting South County students with the acting "bug" since she began teaching in the Lucia Mar School District in 1984.  For the last eleven years, she has been the head of the drama departments at Paulding Jr. High School and Mesa Middle School and at Nipomo High School for its entire eight-year history.  During her tenure at NHS, Robyn has directed or produced such shows as Grease; Bye Bye Birdie, Diary of Anne Frank, Wizard of Oz, Urinetown, The Crusible, Fiddler on the Roof, Pirates of Penzance, Macbeth, Rumors, Sweet Charity, the Elton John-Tim Rice version of Aida, and most recently Anything Goes.   However, one of the most memorable highlights of her educational career came when she brought the first San Luis Obispo County production of Les Miserables-Student Edition to the Clark Center for thee "sold Out" performances in collaboration with her oldest son, Aaron, who directed.
Jenny Shaheen - Producer/Director, Chameleon Productions Chameleon Productions has been entertaining the central coast with professional-quality musical theater since 1995 when director/producer team Dana and Jenny Shaheen staged Chameleon’s first production, Jesus Christ Superstar. Since then, they have thrilled audiences with their productions of Broadway hits such as West Side Story, Cabaret, Oklahoma!, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Sweeney Todd, Evita and Jekyll & Hyde.
