In promoting our city as a "Heart Healthy" city, we invite ALL of our city employees, residents, and businesses to: “Wear Red” on Friday, February 5, 2010.

In addition, ALL women and men of PISMO BEACH are invited to take sizeable strides by participating in a half-hour “Wear Red Pismo Beach Women's Walk” on Thursday, February 4, 2010, from 5:15 pm to 5:45 pm. Participants will meet at the Pismo Beach Pier at 5:15. We'll walk from the pier to the Monarch Butterfly Grove and back downtown...
Then, we'll go have a "Heart Healthy" dinner at Brad's Restaurant
Brad's is really making "Heart Healthy" dinners for us. Dinners will include a shrimp cocktail, choice of chicken or fish, a dinner salad and iced or hot tea. $12.00 inclusive.
We thought it would be a fun time... hope you can join us! (rain cancels the walk , but not the dinner : )
Please RSVP for the dinner by Tuesday, February 2nd at 3 pm.
