Once I have satisfied my corn dog craving, it is time to hit Tortilla Town for some tacos al pastor. Delicious, spicy, marinated strips of grilled pork (the other white meat) flame grilled on a spit, served up on a soft double corn tortilla topped with onions, cilantro, fresh salsa, grilled pineapple and a squeeze of lime. Ay yi yi…Delicioso!
