Price Historical Park

Price Historical Park is a seven acre park in the City of Pismo Beach with hiking trails, a class 1 bike trail, and lots of open space. The gated park includes the 1893 Price Anniversary House, home of Pismo Beach founder, John Michael Price, The park is an official site of  the National Anza Trail.

Second Sunday of the Month: Tours at 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM
Third Wednesday of the Month: Tours at 11:00; 12:00; 1:00
No reservations needed

Tours are also available by appointment via the website.
Appointments for individuals or small groups require 48 hours notice.
Appointments for large groups (8 or more) require one week notice.

 Self-Guided Tours
 
Visit the park 365 days a year in daylight hours and enjoy a self-guided history walk. Gates may be locked to prevent cars from entering the tour area, but there is access for walkers.
